Design+Build

The Design-Build process addresses the connections that exist on every project between the client, the designer and the construction crew. By offering clients the opportunity to visualize, design, and build through one company, a project can be treated as a streamlined whole, maximizing control and cost efficiency while translating ideas into reality.

We bring clients together with the people that will build their project—from designers and carpenters to plumbers and suppliers. The result is a design that speaks to the client’s needs while addressing the aesthetic, functional, and budgetary aspects of the project. As a result, our work is free of boilerplate design solutions: we work specifically with a client’s site, needs, and budget.

Thayer Street provides a full-range of services from preliminary sketches to a complete set of construction drawings.

Construction Management

We combine the capabilities and initiative of a large company with the responsiveness and personal touch of a small one. With a thorough understanding of the code, construction, and design requirements of your project, our project managers possess knowledge of the construction process that can only be achieved through years of onsite and management experience.

By the time construction begins, a client has spent months thinking about their project, working with their designers, and anticipating the final result. TSA managers understand this, and as a result, the client’s goals are our main priority. Our construction and management experience means that projects proceed efficiently and smoothly.
